Terms of Service
Important Notice for All Platform Participants
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether as a Candidate, Enterprise Employer, Institutional Training Partner, or Authorized User) and SS40 NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and utilization of the Global Talent Connect platform, services, databases, assessment modules, and API services.
1Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By registering an account, logging in with cryptographic passkeys or credentials, submitting resumes, posting employment vacancies, or publishing training curricula, you affirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- If acting on behalf of a corporation, academic institution, or recruitment agency, you possess verified corporate authority to bind said entity.
- All profile details, company registration numbers (CIN/GST), and credential data provided are authentic, verifiable, and current.
2User Roles & Ecosystem Governance
Candidates
Accredited job seekers accessing verified job vacancies, AI skill assessments, 20-MCQ benchmarks, and training enrollments.
Enterprise Employers
Corporate entities posting bona fide vacancies, conducting structured interview rounds, evaluating 100-pt fit vectors, and issuing verified offers.
Training Partners
Accredited partner academies providing structured industry upskilling cohorts to address verified market skill deficits.
3Assessment Integrity & Deterministic Scoring
Global Talent Connect utilizes deterministic fit-scoring algorithms and proctored technical evaluations. You agree that:
- Candidates shall independently complete all 20-MCQ skill assessments without unauthorized external aids, AI automated completion tools, or impersonation.
- Scores, assessment timestamps, and integrity logs are cryptographically stamped into the system ledger.
- Any attempt to falsify examination scores, manipulate evaluation vectors, or tamper with interview records constitutes grounds for permanent disqualification and account revocation.
4Authentication, Passkeys & Account Security
Platform security is maintained through salted SHA-512 cryptographic encryption, multi-tenant session isolation, and FIDO2/WebAuthn hardware passkeys.
- You are solely responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your credentials and registered biometric hardware tokens.
- Credential resets may only be requested via the Master Governance Desk and are authorized exclusively by the Grand Administrator.
- You agree not to bypass security protections, execute unauthorized reverse engineering, or disrupt platform infrastructure.
5Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights
All proprietary software, AI matching engines, vector models, interface designs, trademarks, brand identity, and database schemas are the exclusive intellectual property of SS40 NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED. No rights, licenses, or title are granted except for the express, limited, revocable license to utilize the service in compliance with these Terms.
6Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While SS40 Network verifies employer entities and assessments, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes or unconditional candidate performance. In no event shall SS40 NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of platform usage.
7Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
