1Acceptance of Platform Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing the Global Talent Connect platform operated by SS40 NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2User Demographics & Account Categories

The platform provides specialized operational workspaces for three distinct user roles:

• Candidates: Job seekers undergoing 20-MCQ technical proctored evaluations to obtain cryptographic match scorecards and access direct employer interview scheduling.
• Enterprise Employers: Verified corporate organizations sourcing pre-screened talent, configuring role requirements, and managing automated interview pipelines.
• Accredited Training Partners: Educational institutions and academies monitoring industry skill gap telemetry and enrolling candidate cohorts into upskilling pathways.

3Technical Evaluations & Anti-Cheating Protocol

Candidates taking the automated 20-MCQ proctored technical evaluation agree to uphold strict academic and technical integrity. The platform utilizes browser security monitoring, randomized question vectors, and deterministic scoring algorithms. Any candidate caught utilizing automated scraping bots, unauthorized assistance, or impersonation will have their scorecard revoked and account permanently suspended across the SS40 Network.

4Onboarding Fees, Payment Gateway & GST Invoicing

Platform onboarding fees, verification tariffs, and employer subscriptions are processed via authorized secure payment gateways. All billing transactions generate compliant B2B/B2C GST tax invoices via ClearInvoice with sequential numbering and official HSN/SAC codes (SAC 998311). Except where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws or explicit written refund agreements, all platform verification and evaluation fees are non-refundable once the technical examination or talent sourcing pipeline is initiated.

5Intellectual Property & Algorithmic Rights

All proprietary algorithmic vectors, match score calculation formulas, UI designs, brand marks, and software code comprising Global Talent Connect are the exclusive intellectual property of SS40 NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the platform in accordance with their assigned role.

6Limitation of Liability

The platform services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While SS40 Network verifies employer entities and assessments, we do not guarantee guaranteed employment offers or candidate performance outcomes. In no event shall SS40 NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services.

7Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
