JOB DESCRIPTON FOR SENIOR ACCOUNTANT Job Title: Senior Accountant Company: Abija Exports Location: 5, NMS Compound, Erode Fort, Erode, Tamil Nadu – 638001 Industry: Textile & Apparel / Export Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000/- per month Experience Required: 5+ Years of proven work experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role Job Overview Abija Exports is hiring an experienced, career-oriented Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, statutory compliances, and daily accounting functions. The candidate will oversee balance sheet preparation, tax filings, audit coordination, and lead a small accounts team. Key Responsibilities & Required Skills • Expertise in financial statement preparation, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. • In-depth knowledge of statutory taxation: GST filing, TDS, and Income Tax compliance. • Hands-on proficiency with accounting software such as Tally. • Advanced MS Excel capabilities (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP). • Proven ability to finalize company accounts and Collaborate directly with external auditors. • Sound corporate finance knowledge, financial reporting skills, and keen analytical acumen. • Ability to supervise, guide, and lead a small accounts team effectively. • Budget Preparation Yearly/Monthly/Weekly.
